Josh Hardy

Josh Hardy is an associate in the Irvine office of SMTD Law LLP where he focuses on construction and surety litigation. Before going to law school, Mr. Hardy earned a civil engineering degree from Rice University and spent twelve years working as a project engineer and field superintendent on commercial construction projects for a global construction company. Mr. Hardy earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2014 and received CALI Awards for best exam in Contracts and best paper in Election Law and the Supreme Court.
