Chris Bauman

Chris is a second-career attorney who brings over a decade of firsthand construction industry experience to his legal practice. He focuses on construction litigation, representing clients in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, project delays, mechanics liens, liquidated damages, performance bond and take-over agreements, and construction defect claims. He brings his deep industry experience and his passion for problem solving to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.

During law school, Chris worked for Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the California Supreme Court, and then after law school externed for Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Laporte and District Judge James Donato in the United States District Court for the Norther District of California. Chris is a member of the American Bar Association, Forum on Construction Law.

Chris is a Bay Area native and lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.
