Alex Tracey is a results-driven attorney concentrating in construction and business litigation, bringing a rare combination of legal insight and real-world industry experience to every client matter. Before entering the practice of law, he served six years in the United States Navy as a nuclear reactor operator, where precision, accountability, and disciplined decision-making were paramount.

Following military service, Alex founded and operated a construction company as a licensed general contractor, leading commercial-scale wind and solar energy projects and managing complex contracts, subcontractor relationships, regulatory compliance, and project risk. This firsthand experience in high-stakes technical and construction environments give him a practical understanding of the challenges contractors, developers, and business owners face.

Today, Alex leverages that background to advocate strategically and aggressively in construction disputes, contract litigation, partnership conflicts, and other complex business matters, delivering focused representation grounded in both legal acumen and industry experience.
