RYAN B. LUTHER

Ryan B. Luther focuses his practice in the areas of construction, surety, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation.  He represents developers and contractors in all phases of the construction process, including contract negotiation, preparation and review, as well as in disputes as to payment, performance, delay, interruption and inefficiency.  He also represents sureties in transactions and disputes relating to contractor defaults on public and private works construction projects.  In addition, he has extensive experience in advising and representing insurance companies with respect to claims and disputes involving insurance coverage, contribution and subrogation.
