ROXANA M. CREMENE
civil litigation practice is focused on surety, general business, and construction law. Her experience includes representing and advising clients on matters concerning commercial contracts, business torts, trademark prosecution, and real estate and construction disputes, in both state and federal courts throughout California.
Roxana Cremene has previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte
and for the Honorable Edward J. Davila
in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She also worked as a bar certified law student for the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, representing indigent clients in consumer law matters. Her prior experience also includes interning for the Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney. While in law school, Roxana was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Negotiation and for Appellate Advocacy and the Witkin Award for Pre-Trial Litigation Techniques.
Before starting her legal career, Roxana worked in the construction industry and in residential property management. She is fluent in Spanish and Romanian.
