Geoffrey Graves has over 20 years’ experience representing a broad range of clients in business transaction and litigation matters. Mr. Graves frequently is retained to assist businesses and entrepreneurs in handling a wide variety transactional matters throughout all stages of the business cycle, including entity formation, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, contract negotiation and preparation, and ownership transitions. Mr. Graves has broad experience representing businesses within the construction industry, including sureties, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers and design professionals in matters involving construction, surety and commercial law. When litigation is required, Mr. Graves also represents clients pre-litigation with claim preparation, as well as prosecuting and defending claims to resolution through negotiation, litigation, mediation and arbitration.
