Christopher Morrow represents a broad range of clients in various litigation and transaction matters. Mr. Morrow represents general contractors, owners, subcontractors and developers on a wide variety of commercial and construction matters. Mr. Morrow frequently is retained to assist during the pre-construction stage, including representing owners and developers through the acquisition, development and entitlement process and assisting in negotiating and preparing contract documents tailored to suit individual projects. Mr. Morrow also advises clients with contract administration during contract performance and through the claim process, including claim preparation and prosecuting and defending claims to resolution through negotiation, litigation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Morrow additionally represents product manufacturers and suppliers in a variety of toxic tort, product liability, and environmental matters.
