CHRIS BROWN

Chris Brown focuses his practice on construction, insurance, business, and E-commerce law; covering a range of matters including contract disputes, construction claims, insurance coverage and risk management issues. In addition, he has drafted policy briefs on both network neutrality, antitrust, and assisted with representations before the California Public Utilities Commission. He has handled a diverse range of matters from developing corporate legal policies, drafting project and state specific policies, to being liaison to government and contractor in-house counsel. He has studied international and energy laws at the University of Oxford, England, Reykjavik University, Iceland, and conducted humanitarian aid in Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar.                                                                                                                             Select Articles & Presentations:
